Well for the third year in the a row my wife and I were invite attend the “Diner en Blanc”. Those unfamiliar with the Diner en Blanc, the concept is simple. You receive an email from a “friend” who tell you the location, usually on the same day of the event. Then get your food, table, chairs, drink, coolers, put on your finest white outfit ( when dressed is white, I bear a striking resemblance to Bibendum ). Then off to share an evening with a few hundred of friends.
This year “Diner en Blanc “ was held at the world famous Heidelberg Project in Detroit. It was quite the event. People everywhere, enjoying the art and each others company. A fine evening in Detroit.
Special Thanks to Mary Zatina and Kevin Prihod for sharing space at their table.
